To make up for my past absence, I will attempt to update my photography this summer, starting with ... the squirrels I must give my deepest gratitude to the college campus for harboring the many adorable, ludicrously fat squirrels, who have kept me company in times of need of laughter and sanity.

It's been a while since I've updated, but recently I've been going through my pictures touching them up. Hopefully they'll be up soon before I go to college!

Sorry if I haven't been responding or commenting as much as usual... School started 2 weeks ago for us, and I think I'm really going to love this senior year. Activity wise, I'll either be sitting on my butt in front of the piano, practicing like mad for my audition, or sitting on my butt in front of the computer doing homework, deviantart, etc. etc. some life, haha.

Oh! I'm finally taking a photography course at our school for one semester. We're doing only black and white film photography, which is a bit different from what I'm use to, but it'll be interesting to learn something I'm not accustomed to.

woot! I just got back from the Piano Arts competition in Wisconsin and our short excursion to the sand dunes in Michigan City (northern Indiana). The competition went well and was extremely fun. All the competitors bonded with one another which was very neat and unique. I'll post up some pics of it under my scraps. Oh, and I won a scholarship to this music festival in New York for next year, which oughta be very fun.

After the competition, my mother and I went around visiting a few places (mainly the sand dunes), so I started getting photo-taking happy, especially with the seagulls. It was my first time trying to take pictures of fast and constantly moving animals. I think I took around ... 150 or so pictures of them (the first 100 or so were terrible). Towards the end, I kinda got the hang of it thank goodness it was a digital camera.... hahaha

I'll try (keyword, try) to get all the good pictures posted up before the end of the summer...

Summer's finally here! We got out of school about a week ago, and since then I've been practicing my butt off for this piano competition that I'm going to next week. It'll end on the Monday of the week after. Then, my family and I will go to glacier park and some sand dunes (plenty of photographing opportunities.... ). I still have a lot of photographs stored up from past that should be posted... ah well, I'll do that after the piano competition.

Oh, and out of curiosity, how many megapixels does your camera have? I realized the other what a huge difference it made between 4 and 3.2 megapix.... Mine has only 3.2 >_<
